# Crates

We offer, as of current, 4 crates.

**Vote**: Obtained by /vote for the server. You can typically obtain 7-8 keys in a 24-hour time period. The rewards can be seen by left-clicking on each crate.

**Great**: Can be obtained as rewards from /hunt, /bingo, the vote crate, the event shop, or from other players selling them. The rewards can be seen by left-clicking on the crate.

**Ultra**: Can be obtained as rewards from the great crate, other players, kits, the Battle pass, or through /store. The rewards can be seen by left-clicking on the crate. The second highest tier of rewards.

**Master**: Can be obtained as a rare reward or through /store. The rewards can be seen by left-clicking on the crate. The highest tier of rewards.

**For those concerned with Pay to Win; there is nothing in these crates that cannot be obtained by normal gameplay or without money. We are not in the business of cheating non-paying players out of a genuine Pixelmon experience.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.squirtlesquadmc.com/squirtlesquadmc/features/crates.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
